Items are made after purchase. Allow 3–5 business days for production, or 5–7 during peak periods. US economy transit takes another 7–12 business days; express takes 3–6. Estimates are not guarantees.

- International economy: $12.99; allow 10–20 business days after production.
Changes and tracking
Request cancellation, address corrections or upgrades within 12 hours. Changes may be unavailable once work begins. Tracking is emailed after dispatch. Fulfillment origins vary.
Delivery issues
Carrier restrictions apply to military addresses and PO boxes except USPS service. Provide an accurate address. International import charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Weather, customs and holidays may delay delivery.
Report overdue US orders after 15 business days, international after 25. Confirmed transit losses qualify for replacement or refund after investigation. Delivered-but-missing parcels require investigation. Report shipping damage with item and packaging photos within 48 hours for a free replacement.
