Production and delivery
Production usually takes 3–5 business days, or 5–7 during peak periods. Transit begins after production; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- United States Economy: $8.99; 7–12 business days in transit. Free Economy shipping on orders above $100 after discounts.
- United States Express: $35.99; 3–6 business days in transit.
- International Economy: $12.99; 10–20 business days in transit.
Order changes and tracking
Request cancellations, address changes or shipping upgrades within 12 hours. Changes may not be possible once production begins. Tracking is emailed after shipment; dispatch locations vary.
Delivery issues
Please provide a complete, correct address. Military addresses and PO boxes may be restricted, except where USPS delivery is available. Import charges are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs, weather and holidays may cause delays.
Report overdue US shipments after 15 business days, or international shipments after 25. Confirmed losses may qualify for replacement or refund after investigation. Delivered-but-missing parcels require investigation. Report damaged items with photos within 48 hours for a replacement.
