We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. All prices are in USD.
Production and delivery
Production usually takes 3–5 business days, or 5–7 during peak periods. Transit begins after production; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Economy: $8.99; 7–12 business days in transit. Free Economy shipping on orders over $100 after discounts.
- Express: $35.99; 3–6 business days in transit. The free shipping offer does not apply to Express.
Order changes and tracking
Request cancellations, address changes or shipping upgrades within 12 hours. Changes may not be possible once production begins. Tracking is emailed after shipment; dispatch locations vary.
Delivery issues
Please provide a complete, correct address. Military addresses and PO boxes may be restricted by the carrier. Weather, holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Contact us if a shipment has not arrived after 15 business days in transit. Confirmed losses may qualify for replacement or refund after investigation. Delivered-but-missing parcels require investigation.
