We currently accept orders for delivery within the United States only. All prices are in USD.
Production and delivery
Production usually takes 3–5 business days, or 5–7 during peak periods. Transit begins after production; delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
- Economy: $8.99; 7–12 business days in transit. Free Economy shipping on orders over $100 after discounts.
- Express: $35.99; 3–6 business days in transit. The free shipping offer does not apply to Express.
Order changes and tracking
Request cancellations, address changes or shipping upgrades within 12 hours. Changes may not be possible once production begins. Tracking is emailed after shipment; dispatch locations vary.
Delivery issues
Please provide a complete, correct address. Military addresses and PO boxes may be restricted by the carrier. Weather, holidays and carrier disruptions may cause delays.
Contact us if a shipment has not arrived after 15 business days in transit. Confirmed losses may qualify for replacement or refund after investigation. Delivered-but-missing parcels require investigation.

Return and Refund Policy
Contact Back Nine Society within 30 days of delivery for defective, damaged, incorrectly printed or incorrect items, or products materially different from their description. Include your order number and clear photos through our contact form.
Eligibility and resolution
Items must be unused, unwashed and unaltered. Approved manufacturing defects or seller errors qualify for a free replacement or full refund. A physical return is usually unnecessary; obtain approval and instructions before returning anything. We cover return shipping for our errors. Our business address is not a return address.
Made-to-order products
We do not accept returns for change of mind, customer-selected incorrect sizes or designs, normal wear, or misuse. Personalized products are eligible when defective or incorrect. Contact us about available replacement options if you selected the wrong size.
Cancellations and refunds
Request cancellation within 12 hours for a full refund. Later cancellations cannot be guaranteed because production may have started. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days; banks may take another 5–10 business days.
